Live Med Coast are simply amazing from first contact, through the search, offer, lawyers, bank, mortgage and currency everything they said happened and very smoothly. Anthony who we dealt with during the search and buying process just put us at ease as soon as we met him, very helpful, very knowledgeable and a good listener and with this found our perfect holiday home in Playa Flamenca for us. We would certainly recommend anyone to use their services when buying a property in Spain.

We started our search on the internet and made a few enquiries a lot didn't respond and those that did were a little too pushy for us and we nearly gave up our search but thankfully we got a call from Live Med Coast and immediately got a good feeling the lady we spoke to was very helpful and set up a phone appointment with Anthony. From that first minute we spoke with him we just knew he would find our property for us. Being new to the area we leaned on Anthony hugely in our purchase of a new build property on the Costa Calida. Anthony was so helpful in every aspect of the process and continues to be so months after completion with advice on anything and everything we can think of, from maintenance, key holding, WiFi providers, security, even restaurants and places to visit! Our purchase was truncated by the Covid lockdown and during that time Anthony kept in touch and kept things moving.
