"You couldn't do better"! It all started in November 2019 after a visit to the Livemedcoast website. At that time we did not know that after 2 visits to Spain and 3 months later we would find our dream home. Our house is located in a hilly area, overlooking the beach which is less than 10 minutes' drive away. It is also a house that, in addition to its own use, is extremely suitable for renting out. Finally, we very much appreciate that Anthony, even after the sale of the house, kept in touch and advises us. In short, definitely worth recommending !!

"Beter kan je het niet treffen"!

Het begon allemaal in november 2019 na een bezoekje op de website van Livemedcoast.
Toen wisten we nog niet dat we na 2 bezoekjes aan Spanje en 3 maanden later onze droomhuis zouden vinden.
Na het bezichtigen van een aantal woningen op de website, kwamen we al vrij snel in contact met Anthony Duggan.
Anthony is een sociale, vriendelijke man met kennis van zaken. Niet alleen op het gebied van woningen, maar ook over wat er allemaal bij komt kijken als je een woning wilt kopen in het buitenland. Denk aan een notaris, advocaat, bankrekening openen, aanvragen NIE ( Spaanse sofinummer ), etc..
Het allerbelangrijkste wat wij vrijwel meteen ervoeren is dat Anthony betrouwbaar bleek en dat je helemaal niet het gevoel kreeg dat zijn focus op de verkoop van woningen lag.
Niets was hem teveel in de zin van informatieverstrekking en je letterlijk overal in meenemen, zonder hier druk op te leggen.
Wat erg fijn was dat Anthony ook heel goed kon luisteren naar wat de wensen waren van zowel mijn partner als ook die van mij.
In feite heeft hij het onmogelijke, mogelijk gemaakt. Ik wilde graag landinwaarts richting de Fincas en mijn vrouw was meer voor een centrale ligging en dichtbij het strand.
Een avond later kwam Anthony met een optie die niet op de lijst stond van de te bezichtigen woningen en dat bleek ook onze droomhuis te worden!
Een prachtige woning op een levendige urbanisatie, en tegelijkertijd met voldoende privacy en rust. Onze woning ligt op een heuvelachtig gebied, met uitzicht op het strand dat in nog geen 10 minuten rijden ligt.
Tevens is het ook een woning dat, naast het eigen gebruik, uitermate geschikt is om te verhuren.
Tenslotte stellen wij het zeer op prijs, dat Anthony, ook na de verkoop van de woning, contact is blijven houden en ons van advies dient.
Kortom, zeker het aanbevelen waard!!

Incredible service we honestly believe there isn't better in the industry! We wanted to buy back in April but due to the pandemic were not able to travel but were desperate to buy now before Brexit. We did some internet research and found Live Med who already had positive feed back for Virtual Viewings and sales. And once we had our initial phone conversation with Anthony we knew why, and total trusted what he was saying. He found us a lovely key ready apartment and with a little negotiation and a furniture pack included we were able to secure it and now can't wait to visit our holiday home in Villamartin. Den største anbefaling fra os. Anthony giver god tid til købere, uden noget pres om hurtigt reserevationsgebyr. Handelen kører efter de gængse regler, en pris er en officiel pris, når den er aftalt mellem sælger og køber. Det er meget anderledes at handle bolig i Spanien end i Danmark og hver gang vi har mødt et bump (og de var mange!) har Anthony altid været klar til at sparke processen i gang og få samlet op på diverse manglende tråde så vi kunne få vores drømmebolig. Uden hans støtte, gode ideer og vedholdende indsats var det ikke blevet virkelighed.
